I am writing to request information in relation to two determinations: 164TACD2022 and 97TACD2022. In relation to these determinations, I would be grateful to received – if accessible through FOI - the following information in anonymised and/or redacted format:- • The relevant appeal, • The statement of case as submitted by both parties to the appeal, • Correspondence/notes relating to the case management process, • Submissions made by the appellant and the respondent to the Commission in advance of the oral hearing, • Statements of agreed facts, • Witness statements, • Correspondence between the parties referred to in the above presented in advance or at the oral hearing, • Submissions made by counsels of both parties, and • Copies of documentation presented to the Commission in advance of or at the oral hearing.
