1. All documents, proposals and correspondence Deposit Return Scheme Ireland CLG submitted as part of its application to the Minister to become an approved body in fulfilment of the requirements of s.6 of the Regulations, including but not limited to the business plan for the scheme required by s.6(1)(d) and the financial plan required by s.6(1)(e). 2. All correspondence between the Department of Environment and Re-turn in relation to the latter's application to become an approved body under the DRS regulations, covering the period from Re-turn's submission of the application on 31st May 2022 up until and including the sending of the letter of approval.
