All records of communications, whether written, recorded, digital or memorialised in any other format of communications between and among (A) the officers, employees and agents of the KN GROUP, (B) the officers, employees and agents of Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) acting in its role to implement the National Broadband Plan (NBP), and (C) the officers, employees and agents of the Donegal County Council National Broadband PIan Development Officer(s). The specific communications requested as defined above relate to the decision to bypass connecting fibre-optic broadband to an approximately ………, thereby depriving … otherwise NBl- qualified residences of broadband service……………… 2. All Surveying Maps, records, other maps, drawings, plans, images or non-visual images and other documents related to the area as mentioned above. 3. Final approved designs and design schemes and all other records related to the non-installation of fibre to the bypassed residences referred to above.
