All documents and information relating to warning letters issued under Section 152 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) concerning bars, taverns, nightclubs, social clubs, or other such venues for violation of requirements to obtain permission to sell alcohol or operate a bar. 2. All documents and information relating to enforcement notices issued under the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) concerning bars, taverns, nightclubs, social clubs, or other such venues for violation of requirements to obtain permission to sell alcohol or operate a bar. 3. Any records of investigations, site visits, or other enforcement actions taken in relation to the above-mentioned establishments regarding planning permission for alcohol sales or bar operations. 4. Records of any submissions made in response to warning letters or enforcement notices by the owners or operators of the aforementioned establishments. 5. Any internal correspondence, reports, or decision documents related to the issuance of warning letters or enforcement notices for the specified venues. 6. Any reports bearing statistics that give one an understanding of the number and details of enforcement actions taken against bars, taverns, nightclubs, social clubs, or other such venues. The time period for this request is from January 1, 2018, to the present date.
