A list of all housing units offered by NAMA to each Local Authority for intended use as social housing since Jan. 2011 including the following information: a) the location/ address and a description of the units (e.g. whether the properties/ units offered were apartments, houses etc.) b) the number of units offered at each location/ address b) whether these units were deemed suitable for use as social housing by the local authority (i.e. whether they were demand confirmed); c) if the properties/ units offered were not deemed suitable/ or the local authority did not confirmed a demand for the properties offered, the reason given for this d) whether the units have been transferred/ delivered to local authority ownership for use as social housing via purchase, whether they are being leased via NARPS or otherwise.
