• Any correspondences between the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) or its representatives, and the Minister of State with responsibility for the Office of Public Works, in the past three years (August 2020 to date) • Any correspondences between the Office of Public Works and the Department of Public Exenpediture and Reform, regarding the IMMA being housed in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham (ie regarding tenancy or other agreements, rules/terms for use of the building, any plans for future use) in the past three years (August 2020 to date) • Any documents held by the Department relating to the IMMA being housed in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham (ie tenancy agreement or contract), either relating to when the IMMA first took over the site in 1991 or if there have been any updates to terms/conditions between the IMMA and OPW in the intervening years.
