1) The amount of revenue that the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine have received in rent from restaurants, fish shops etc in XXXX and to-date in 2022 in tabular form 2) The amount of rent each premise within XXXX pays the Department; How is rent rate agreed eg 15% of the annual turnover income of that particular premise is the rent rate etc 3) The frequency in which each premise within XXXX has to pay the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine rent for their premises eg First Monday of each month is when rent is paid to the Department 4) The next date when each premise within XXXX is when the rent lease is due to expire and that who pays rent to the Department 5) If the Department has legal power to add financial penalties to premises that fail to pay their rent to the Department and has a premises within the XXXX eg Department has power to add 5% of the monthly rent rate plus the original rent if the rent has not been within after seven working days when the rent was initially due unless the premise has agreement with the Department to not to pay that month rent due to unforeseen circumstances etc; if so the grade of staff member that would approve this request eg Staff members within the Department at the grade of PO and above
