In particular, but not exclusive to nor limited to, I seek the disclosure of the following under the Freedom of Information Act:- All submissions and communications of any kind to the Minister or to the Department by third parties, including but not limited to legal submissions from or on behalf of third parties. All replies by the Department or the Minister to third parties who made a submission or who had communication with the Department with regard to the subject matter. All correspondence and all other communication to and from third parties who may not have made any submission on the subject matter to the Minister. All internal documentation, including but not limited to emails, memos, minutes of meetings, or similar documents, between Officials of the Department pertaining to the subject matter. All correspondence to the Minister or from the Minister and Officials of the Department on the subject matter. All communications between Ireland and EU pertaining to the subject matter.
