Thank you for your letter of the 6th June confirming that the party who is deemed liable for the incident becomes responsible for the charge. I have since been informed verbally that the charge has been paid by FBD the insurer of vehicle x (Reg. No.) I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that the invoice has been paid in full, the amount paid, the date it was paid and that it was paid by FBD. I am seeking this information under the provisions of the freedom of Information Act.
