1) In the period of 01/11/2021 to 18/09/2024: In relation to the Derelict Sites Act Return forms that each local authority is obliged to return to the Department, I am seeking a breakdown of the collated data, based on those submissions. This should include each data point in the return form, which are: Q 1. No. of sites in respect of which a notice / demand under the Act issued Q 2 No. of Derelict Sites on Register at 1 January 2021 Q 3 No. of Derelict Sites entered onto Register during the year Q 4 No. of Derelict Sites removed from Register during the year Q 5) No. of Derelict Sites on Register at 31 December 2021 Q.6 No. of Derelict Sites acquired by agreement Q.7 No. of Derelict Sites acquired compulsorily Q.8 No. of Derelict Sites levied during the year Q.9 Amount levied during the year Q.10 Amount received in respect of sites levied during 2021 Q.11 Cumulative amount of levies outstanding at 31 December 2021 Request for the above data for each local authority and for each year from 2021-2023 2) In the period of 2021 to 2023: Request for copies of any departmental briefing notes or analyses related to the data provided in the Derelict Sites Act Return forms. 3) In relation to the Working Group established by your department, concerned with the operation of the Derelict Sites Act, request for copies of the submissions made to the Working Group by any local authority.
