The application is for any surveys carried out by Economisti on behalf of the European Commission which are in the possession of the Department. Specifically, from 2022, an evaluation of the Alcohol Rates Directive (Council Directive 92/84/EEC). Economisti Associati Srl were recruited to conduct the evaluation and circulated a survey to Member States to be completed by May 13th, 2022. The same consultancy, in agreement with DG TAXUD, selected Ireland for a case study on this issue.
