I am making a Freedom of Information request for the following records: Copies of correspondence to/from American Chamber of Commerce Ireland (AmCham) on the topic of the planned Unified Patent Court (UPC) Referendum. It can be limited to items from AmCham and the following individuals: Minister for Enterprise Peter Burke; secretary general Declan Hughes; assistant secretary John Newham (see Lobbying Register entry here: www.lobbying.ie/return/126887/american- chamber-of-commerce-ireland Copies of the minutes of all meetings between AmCham and Mr Burke, Mr Hughes or Mr Newham. The time period can be limited to 1/1/2025 to 12/6/2025.
