Under the FOI Act 2014 I am requesting access to the following records; -Records relating to persons working within the Department who have been the subject of disciplinary action between January 1, 2019, and February 6, 2024. Can I request that this information be broken down by year and include the specific disciplinary action taken, the outcome of that action, and the reason for the person being disciplined.
