Request relates to obtaining records relating to the number of assaults that were reported for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 including a breakdown by whether the assaults were student-on-student, student-on-staff-member or staff-member-on-student including information on the disciplinary action, if any, that resulted from these attacks. Also requested were records relating to the number of sexual assaults that were reported in the following years - 2017, 2018 and 2019 - along with information on the outcome of the report, any disciplinary action and whether they were reported to the Gardaí. Also requested were records relating to the number of reports of racial abuse in in each of the following years - 2017, 2018 and 2019 - along with a breakdown by the alleged victim (i.e., student, staff member, etc.), the alleged offender (i.e. student, staff member) and the outcome of the complaints and any disciplinary action. Also requested was information relating to the total number of students or staff members who were disciplined for any reason in each of the following years - 2017, 2018 and 2019 - along with information on the disciplinary sanction and their offence.
