Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

(1) All hard copy documents and electronically stored information held by the Department of the Environment Climate and Communications (the “Department”), touching upon, concerning or relating to the Department’s processing and granting of the application …………… to include but not limited to, the following: (a) All submissions made by the Licensee to the Department in respect of the extension application; (b) All requests for information issued by the Department to the Licensee in respect of the extension application; and (c) All assessments of the Licensee’s submission(s) including, in particular the assessments of the Licensee’s submissions against the criteria provided for in the document titled: “Financial Capability Assessment for Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration and Appraisal Applications | Guidance Document – August 2019”, regardless of whether such assessments were carried out by the Department internally or by a third party contracted by the Department to do so.
