1. Final appraisal reports prepared by the National Archives in 2018 and 2019 in response to Applications for the Disposal of Records under Section 7 of the National Archives Act, 1986. 2. Appraisal policies, appraisal criteria or any rules, procedures, guidelines, interpretations and precedents used or applied by the National Archives in assessing Applications for Disposal of Records under Section 7 of the National Archives Act, 1986. I wish to request the following records for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020: 1. Appraisal reports or other documentation prepared by the National Archives in response to Applications for the Disposal of Records under Section 7 of the National Archives Act, 1986, to include documentation relatingto disposal applications authorised, refused and withdrawn. 2. Appraisal policies, appraisal criteria or any rules, procedures, guidelines, interpretations and precedents used or applied by the National Archives in assessing Applications for Disposal of Records under Section 7 of the National Archives Act, 1986. 3. Correspondence between staff members of the National Archives (including the Director or Acting Director) or between the National Archives and the agencies submitting the Applications for Disposal; notes of meetings or any other documentation relating to the assessment of Applications for the Disposal of Records under Section 7 of the National Archives Act, 1986, and the recommendations arising from those assessments.
