I am seeking the record - Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) - for the Digital Covid Pass. As DPER Responsible for the creation and distribution of the Digital Covid Pass, DPER are required by Article 35, GDPR to conduct a data protection impact assessment. Further, pursuant to Section 29, Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 a DPIA is required to be completed by DPER and publication is required under Section 55.
