With respect to the negotiations surrounding the inclusion of Military Service Allowance for pension purposes for members of the Defence Forces. I understand that at the time there were negotiations between members of the Defence Forces Representative bodies, and I believe that the Dept. of Finance would also have been involved. As such I request copies of the following from all who had input to these negotiations: - Contemporary Notes - Emails/letters/memos - Reports/research - Any additional correspondence relating to MSA. In addition, please supply what organisation represented the following groups: - Commissioned Officers - NCOs and Privates - Retired Commissioned Officers - Retired NCOs and Privates
