​Records relating to the number of properties leased under leases of 3 or more years in duration to provide social housing since 2014 by Tipperary County council. Ideally this information would include a breakdown of property size vis a vis the number of bedrooms, the cost per property and the length of the lease. The data should also clarify the conditions around the ending of the lease - what obligations are on the council as regards refurbishment of the property when the lease ends to comply with conditions relating to such matters. The data should also clarify the name of the party making the lease with the Council - this could be anonymised to show how many properties party X has leased to the council without releasing the identity of the party.
