Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to any records held by the Department of Justice concerning plans, proposals, discussions, or decisions related to the Garda Band and its future. The timeframe is the period 2010 to date of request. This request includes, but is not limited to: • Internal communications (emails, memos, reports, briefings) regarding the future of the Garda Band. • Any strategic reviews, assessments, or proposals concerning its operations, funding, or potential restructuring. • Correspondence between the Department of Justice and An Garda Síochána, government officials in other Departments, or external stakeholders on this matter.
