All emails, notes, letters or other correspondence and all associated enclosures or attachments sent to and from the Office of the Secretary and / or Assistant Secretary (Defence Capability (People)), Department of Defence from May 2017 to date concerning generally the subject matter of terms and conditions of pilots in the Air Corps and specifically the matter of any service incentive scheme or financial bonus payments. Also, any records sent to or from that same office/s concerning the work of the Public Service Pay Commission in respect of the terms and conditions of pilots in the Air Corps.
