Any internal or external correspondence, reports, photographs, file notes, or communications relating to alleged breaches of planning legislation or litter regulations involving any of the above parties ​Please include all relevant records from 1 January 2015 to the present, and include records in any form, including but not limited to emails, letters, memoranda, photographs, and file notes, whether held electronically or in physical format.
