(i) The number of private rental inspections undertaken by CCC in the years 2016-2022 incl., up to and including the date of this request broken down by month and municipal district, along with details of how the inspection was undertaken i.e. virtual/physical. (ii) The outcome of these inspections i.e. whether each home met all regulations governing emergency accommodation and, if not, details as to what regulations were not met and reasons behind inspection failure. (iii) The number of improvement letters or improvement notices sent to landlords in Clare who were deemed not to meet minimum standards of private rental accommodation after a Council inspection between 2016-2022 inclusive, broken down by month and municipal district.
