1. The McKinsey Report and Recommendations which was used by the Department as a source in the Climate Action Plan in 2019 to formulate the emission reduction targets from transport. This report and recommendations were never published but is referred to in the report 2. The specific Irish new and used car market statistics used by the Department to calculate the 840,000 passenger cars on Irish Roads by 2030 a figure included in the Transport Section of the Climate Action Plan 2019.
