1. We request to see all records related to meetings and follow-up emails between private landowners and DECC elected representatives/officials about the potential involvement of those landowners in meeting Target 3’s ’30 by 30’ aims. We request to see all types of files related to those meetings since December 2022 when the Global Biodiversity Framework was agreed. 2. We request to receive records related to online or in-person meetings since the start of December 2022 during which the government discussed with other non-landowning parties about the role they could play in meeting Target 3's ‘30 by 30’ aims. We also request to see all records of any follow-up messages between DECC officials/elected representatives and those parties. 3. We request records of any DECC or DECC-commissioned assessments of the grounds of the properties occupied by the department to work out the area and percentage of those lands that are effectively being conserved to the benefit of the natural world. We request to see any records since December 2022 of considerations by Ministers and/or officials to undertake such assessment work. We request to see any records of considerations by Ministers and/or officials to boost nature conservation on department-owned land. 4. We request to see records of assessments made by DECC employees and DECC- commissioned outside parties of the proportion and percentage of land and marine areas across the country that already meet the 30 by 30 goal. 5. We request to see records of DECC or DECC-commissioned assessments of the proportion and percentage of land and marine areas across the country that could in the future meet the 30 by 30 goal.
