I'll go with a start date of 17 September 2024. 1/ copies of any representations (anonymised) received by the department with regard to the expansion of the contraception scheme (as outlined here: https://www.breakingnews.ie/ireland/legitimate- concerns-raised-over-expanding-contraception-scheme- donnelly-1673491.html). [or] 2/ If there are a large number of such representations and to avoid any volume issues for the department, I wish to be provided under Section 17(4) of the FOI Act with a total number for how many such representations were received. The figure so provided can be exact or rounded to the nearest ten, whichever the department prefers. & 3/ If the total number of representations exceeds thirty, I wish to be provided with the first thirty such pieces of correspondence received i.e. sorted by date from the first such piece of correspondence received by the department. To further assist in reducing the scope of this request, the department can confine their searches to its main email address for feedback from the public and any email received directly to Minister Stephen Donnelly.
