All records in the department recording discussions by Minister Catherine Martin and Minister of State Chambers, and their respective advisers and officials, on 1. the need to carry out or the actual carrying out of a Health and Assessment into any potential dangers to women and teenage girls arising from women or girls engaging in close contact sports with or against male bodied persons who have (1) either self id'd as women without having taken out GCR certs under the Gender Recognition Act 2015 or (2) have self id'd as women and have taken out GCR Certs under the Gender Recognition Act 2015 and 2. any records about discussions relating to the Government's child care policy and the admittance of male bodied persons, who have self id'd as outlined at 1.(1) and 1.(2) previously, into traditional safe spaces for women, such as toilets, changing rooms and shower rooms, in or at sports venues and facilities provided for sports people, and where females under the age of 18 are present or where females under the age of 18 can be reasonably expected to be present having regards to all the circumstances.
