a copy of all records held by the council on the Kilbricken site, which is earmarked for the proposed motorway plaza development and was later zoned and known as COM7.This includes a copy of all minutes of Ennis MD and full council workshops in relation to the zoning of this site during the making of and the adoption of the 2023 to 2029 Clare County Development Plan from July 2016 until March 2025.
