I would like to make a request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 regarding the EU’s multi annual financial framework (MFF). I would like to obtain briefing notes for the minister, any memos he has brought to cabinet and correspondence he has had with the European Commission or other EU governments on the subject of the European Commission’s proposal for the MFF 2028 to 2034 in the period 1 May 2025 to the present (11 November 2025).
