Any emails, memos, letters or submissions and their attachments were relevant, between officials in the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, at the level of Principal Officer and above and officials in the Department of Finance, at the level of Principal Officer and above regarding a proposal from the Banking and Payment Federation in relation to bridging finance with respect to the Defective Concrete Blocks Scheme between 1st September 2023 and 1st December 2023.
