I refer to the R42 (Report No 42 of the Review Body on Higher Remuneration) pay increases implemented from 01 June 2024 for HSE senior managers, pursuant to IR developments at the WRC. I hereby request copies of records held by the Department of Public Expenditure... regarding the sanction issued to the Department of Health and the HSE, including instructions, for the said June 2024 increases.
