Item 1. I am requesting any documents regarding any or all requests made to An Taoiseach/Department of An Taoiseach regarding additional funding of Scouting Ireland from November 2020 to present. Item 2. I am requesting a letter from Fergal Lynch to the Department of An Taoiseach in early 2020 advising against an inquiry into Abuse within Scouting Ireland. It is mentioned in this Irish Times News Article. Senior civil servant warned against inquiry into scout abuse (irishtimes.com). Article appeared on the 18th of May 2020 by author Jack Power. Item 3. Any records held by the Department of An Taoiseach (including briefing notes, emails, minutes etc) regarding Scouting Ireland Since 1st of January 2018 to present." Item 4. I am requesting any or all briefing notes/emails/memos provided by Minister Zappone/Roderic O'Gorman and/or their department officials to the Taoiseach/Department of An Taoiseach from the 1st of January 2018 to present. Item 5. Any correspondence received from members of the Public to the Taoiseach/Department of An Taoiseach regarding calls for a Public Enquiry into Historic Abuse in May 2020 and November 2018."
