My request relates to submissions made to the Department of Health in relation to the regulation of codeine-containing over the counter medicines in Ireland during the period from 2009 – 2018. Specifically, I would like: • The names of any pharmaceutical companies who made representations to the Department of Health on the above topic and the dates these representations were made. • A copy of the records submitted by these companies.
