I wish to request access to records relating to the National Oral Health Survey conducted in or around 2000– 2002 (commonly referred to as the National Survey of Adult Oral Health and/or the North–South Survey of Children’s Oral Health). Specifically, I am seeking: 1. The total number of individuals examined as part of the national oral health survey commissioned in 2001 (both adults and children, if available). 2. The total cost of conducting the survey, including survey design, fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and publication. If exact figures are not available, I would be grateful for any documents that contain estimates, budget allocations, or expenditure records related to the survey.
