Under the AIE Regulations, I am seeking the following: - a record/database/spreadsheet of all incidences of damage or vandalism to sites under the control of the National Monuments Service for the period 2019 to date. This database if possible to include the incident date, location, and a brief description of what happened. This is environmental information as per the underlined part of Article 1(f) below of the regulations: [any information on] the state of human health and safety, including the contamination of the food chain, where relevant, conditions of human life, cultural sites and built structures inasmuch as they are or may be affected by the state of the elements of the environment referred to in (a) or, through those elements, by any of the matters referred to in (b) and (c). I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format
