Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: A list of upheld complaints made against councillors to the Ethics Officer or Ethics Committee within the council, going back 24 months. Please include the name of each councillor and the nature of the upheld complaints, if any. Searches of any relevant mobile phones, private email addresses and/or messaging services should be considered when processing this request.
