• A record of all correspondence, letters, emails, briefing documents and phone calls to and from the Minister’s office with RTÉ. • A record of all correspondence, letters, emails, briefing documents and phone calls to and from the Minister of States’ offices with RTÉ. • A record of briefing documents prepared for the Minister and ministers about RTÉ's financial position, the current Television Licence system, RTÉ’s five year strategy and broadcast issues/market. • Minutes and notes from meetings members of the Department, including but not limited to the Ministers and Advisors, had with RTÉ representatives.
