I am contacting you in respect of submissions made to the review of the National Development Plan which closed on February 19th 2021. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 I am seeking the following: 1. Submissions made by Tipperary County Council, Clonmel Borough Council, Thurles MD Council or Tipp Cahir Cashel MD Council to the review are requested. 2. If any submissions were made in respect of the Thurles By Pass and Thurles Inner Relief Road I would also request the content of those submissions. 3. If any individual submissions were made by Tipperary TDs - Michael Lowry, Alan Kelly or Jackie Cahill I would request copies of those or if any submissions were made by any of these 5 Councillors - Seamus Hanafin, Jim Ryan, Peter Ryan, Sean Ryan or Micheal Lowry in respect of Thurles By Pass or Thurles Inner Relief I would also request those submissions.
