1.Any quarterly, annual, or other performance reports, valuation summaries, or correspondence relating to SEP V, including fund-level metrics such as Net IRR, TVPI, DPI, NAV, commitments, or distributions, and any commentary that refers to portfolio companies (particularly Basis Technologies). 2.Any investment-committee papers, due-diligence reviews, or internal briefings prepared in connection with ISIF’s commitment to SEP VI that discuss or summarise the performance of SEP V as part of the manager’s track-record assessment.
