Tipperary County Council I hereby request access to all records held by the Council relating to the grant funding, project planning, oversight and expenditure for the revamp of the Carrick‑on‑Suir Heritage Centre (as covered in the article “Grant enables final phase of €750,000 revamp of Carrick-on-Suir Heritage Centre to begin", 22 Aug 2025) as pertipperarylive.ie My request covers the following:All documentation relating to the award of the grant for the “final phase" of the heritage centre revamp, includinggrant application submitted by COSDA or any body acting on its behalf,the award letter or agreement between the Council and the grant-recipient,terms and conditions attached to the grant funding, including any matching funding requirements.All records relating to the monitoring, reporting or oversight of the project by the Council, includinginterim reports, financial returns, audits, or correspondence concerning the project progress,internal memos or emails within the Council regarding the heritage centre project,documentation showing how the public or community funds (including matching funds) are to be used.Project planning documents relating to the heritage centre revamp, includingarchitectural or design proposals, contracts, tender documents if any,any decision-making records within the Council approving the project or allocating public funding,records of community consultations or stakeholder engagement relating to the heritage centre works.Records of financial expenditure by COSDA or any other entity regarding the heritage centre project that are held by the Council or received by the Council from the recipient, includinginvoices, budgets, cost breakdowns submitted to the Council,records of public donations or matching funding leveraged for the project as referenced in the article.Any correspondence or records relating to the future use, governance or sustainability of the heritage centre once the revamp is complete. Further to my recent FOI requests submitted on the 19th and 20th November 2025, I wish to add the following instruction regarding the handling of my personal data: I request, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and relevant data protection legislation, that my identity and all personal details be withheld from any third parties during the processing of my requests. I do not consent to the disclosure of my name, contact details or any identifying information to CoSDA, COSTEDC or any other external party during third-party consultation under section 38.
