Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

(1) All correspondence relating to and details of all applications for or enquiries relating to admission to the Revised Civil Service Pension Scheme (Spouses and Children's) or its equivalent since 1 January 2016 by anyone, who previously had declined to join the Revised Pension Scheme, which were received, considered, refused, authorised or approved by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, and showing how the application or enquiry was dealt with. (2) All correspondence, internal memos and interdepartmental memos etc relating to the appointment of a Trustee(s) for the Civil Service Pension Scheme(s) in the DPER and between the DPER and any other Departments or bodies concerning the appointment of a Trustee and between DPER and any Trustee or suggested Trustee, from I January 2011. (3) All correspondence, internal memos and interdepartmental memos etc relating to the appointment of Peoplepoint as a Trustee for the Civil Service Pension Scheme(s) and any applications or enquiries received from Peoplepoint, at any time, by the DPER in respect of persons considering changing pension schemes. (4) Any correspondence or internal documentation in the DPER in respect of the role of the Minister for PER as Trustee and his divesting himself of the role of Trustee. (5) State the number of current members of the Original Scheme.
