Rrecords relating to the amount the department has paid to accommodation providers in Clare for hosting International Protection Applicants and refugees: 1. The amount of money spent, broken down by year of expenditure and name of provider or name of institution/establishment in the years 2019 to 2023, up to and including the date of this request, on IPAS payments for accommodation in Clare. 2. Any records, correspondence, memos and briefing documents prepared by the International Protection Accommodation Service to operators in Clare concerning length of contract offered and the stipulations underlying each contract. 3. Any records relating to inspections or visits or monitoring carried out by IPAS to any IPAS centres in Clare, not excluding hotels and guest accommodation to ensure International Protection Applicants are living in satisfactory conditions.
