I would like to request the following data under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. 1 The locations of any sites owned or controlled by the Office of Public Works that are being considered for Section 179A development or have been considered and deemed acceptable for 179A development. 2 Locations of sites that are being considered for Section 179A development or have been considered and deemed acceptable for 179A development where the intention would be to develop in partnership with another entity. 3 For locations in sections 1 & 2 that have been deemed acceptable, a copy of the reports used to decide that the location did not require an Environmental Impact Assessment
