Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration In respect of the Criminal Justice Bill 2016 ‐ (changed from Bail (Amendment) Bill 2016: 1) Letters/emails/communications etc. sent to the Minister (or his representatives in the Department of Justice) from 2016 to 20 October 2017 from Oireachtas members/councillors, and any responses given. 2) Letters/emails/communications/submissions etc. sent to the Minister from 2016‐to 20 October 2017 from any interested party that discuss this Bill. This includes (but is not limited to) any other State body or any other representative of a State body; the Law Society; the Bar Council; the Association of Judges in Ireland; any current or former judge; any solicitor or barrister acting in an individual capacity. 3) Memoranda of any minutes of meetings between the Minister from 2016 to 20 October 2017 with any interested party that discussed this Bill.
