I am conducting research into national flood risk management and emergency preparedness in relation to industrial sites located near the Shannon Estuary. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request copies of any reports, documents or risk assessments held by the OPW since 1 January 2020 (or the most recent available if no such record exists in that period) relating to potential flooding or embankment failure at the Bauxite Residue Disposal Area (BRDA) at Aughinish Alumina, Co. Limerick.
