Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - an anonymised copy of all complaints made to the customers service officer at the following heritage sites in 2022: Kilkenny Castle & Parklands, Glendalough, Rock of Cashel, Botanic Gardens, Dublin Castle, Kilmainham Gaol, Castletown House, Brú na Boinne. - a table/spreadsheet/record indicating the number of complaints made to customer service officers re: each OPW heritage site in the period 2022.
