Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following records (memos, correspondence, lists, agendas, minutes, statistical record, documents) or information (answers) that detail the following: A model contract or template of a contract for a Secretary General (fixed term appointment). The individual and actual salaries (for 2023) of serving Secretaries General (if different to the base salary information published under SG grades (I, II, III). If these details are published on a Department website, where exactly are these details available. If not are there plans to publish them? Do Secretaries General receive any performance bonuses or special allowances? If so, can you provide details of types of allowance, performance bonus.
