Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I would like to formally request all records (e.g copies of correspondence and minutes of meetings etc) of communications between the Department of Finance and RTE relating to early retirement proposals from RTE to the Department and the Department's responses in 1998. Any earlier records necessary to the understanding of a current record even if created prior to 21 April 1998 are also requested.
