According to and having regard to the following EU law; - 1. Framework decision 2009/315/JHA, 26-02-2009, Document No: 32009F0315 (still in force) Art 3: Member State to designate a central authority. Art 13: Member State to notify Council and the Commission regarding obligations imposed by this decision, implementation date 27-04-2012. 2. Council decision 2009/316/JHA, 06-04-2009, Document No: 32009D0316 (still in force) Art 5: Member States are obliged to notify the Council regarding national laws in Annex A which includes perjury code offence 121200 and non- admittance as a witness in court due to violation of oath, code offence 3010 Annex B. Also Member States shall notify Council regarding penalties and measures in relation to those offences. Implementation date 07-04-2012. 3. Directive of Parliament and Council 19-01-2016, Document No: 52016PC0007. In accordance with paragraph (19) has Ireland notified the EU that it wishes to take part in this Directive in relation to amendments of decision 2009/315/JHA? 4.
