Re: I wish to request copies of the following records pursuant to Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2014 (“the Act”), as amended: Copies of all submissions, correspondence and related documents received by your County Council, in respect of tenders for the Management and/or Operation and / or Maintenance of leisure centre facilities (including gyms, swimming pools etc.) between Jan 1st, 2013 and Apr 30th, 2016. I respectfully submit that these records are not exempt records within the meaning of that term in the Act but without prejudice to this submission request should you disagree with this submission in any respect, that you kindly furnish a copy of the record in question in accordance with Section 18 of the Act.
